Clinical Placement
AHEC works collaboratively with several schools to coordinate student clinical placements in rural and urban underserved sites, including:
- University of Washington School of Medicine
- MEDEX Northwest Physician Assistant Program
- WSU College of Pharmacy
- Intercollegiate College of Nursing
- Gonzaga University Nurse Practitioner Program
- University Programs in Communication Disorders (WSU and EWU)
- EWU Physical Therapy Program
- EWU Occupational Therapy Program.
AHEC also coordinates with professional schools outside of Washington State for rotations within Washington.
